Welcome to SeniorAid at senioraid.services. These Terms of Service outline the conditions under which you may access and use our platform supporting seniors and families with insurance selection, detailed explanations, and assistance with applications. By using our Services, Information Products, or physical Goods, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Definitions

“Service” refers to personalized guidance, one-on-one support, phone or video consultations.

“Information Product” means digital content such as e-books, guides, or tutorials.

“Goods” denotes any physical materials or hardware purchased from SeniorAid.

SeniorAid provides support in navigating insurance options, clarifying plan details, and assisting with application procedures. Service appointments are confirmed upon receipt of full payment.

4. Information Products

Digital materials are delivered via email or client portal after purchase clearance. All sales are final unless stated otherwise in the refund policy.

5. Goods

Physical items are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

6. Refund Policy

We strive to ensure client satisfaction. Refunds are handled according to the category of purchase below.

6.1 Services

If you cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled appointment, you may receive a full refund via the original payment method within 10 business days. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session will not be eligible for a refund due to reserved availability of our experts. Sessions that have begun or been completed are non-refundable.

In certain cases, services may be rescheduled once upon request at least 24 hours in advance without penalty. To request a change, please use our Contact Us form.

6.2 Information Products

Digital content may be returned or credit issued within 7 days of delivery if you have not downloaded or accessed the files. To request a refund or platform, contact us through the Contact Us form. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days.

6.3 Goods

Physical items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in unused condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective. Defective goods will be replaced at no cost. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receipt of returned items to the original payment method.

If a product is out of listing, you may choose to receive a full refund or wait for restocking.

7. Disclaimer of Liability

SeniorAid does not guarantee approval of any insurance plan or benefit amount. We act as an independent advisor and cannot influence third-party decisions. Our guidance is based on the information you provide and publicly available plan details as of the date of consultation.
